Mental Health Therapist
Position Description
Dynamic Interventions, Inc. (Dynamic), established in 2004, is an accredited, fast-growing, child, adolescent, and family mental health agency. We seek socially conscious mental health therapists who aspire to empower our most vulnerable children, adolescents, and their families by providing them with an array of outpatient (office-based or telehealth) mental health treatment services.Position Summary
Mental Health therapists chosen for this position, will become an employee in the outpatient clinical treatment team. Supportive clinical and caseload supervision are available.Requirements:
o Licensed in the State of Georgia as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or
o Associate licensed or license-eligible Mental Health Professionals
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Empowerment Mentality, sound clinical boundaries and a belief that youth and their families can improve.
o Seasoned analytical and critical thinking skills
o Self-motivate
o Computer Literate
o Applicants must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen, in accordance with local law/regulations.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
o Experience in providing mental health treatment interventions directly to children, youth, and families.
